Privacy Policy

The War Room is operated by Unlimit Lifestyle ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using The War Room, you agree to this policy.

We collect the following data when you use The War Room:

Account data: Your name and email address, collected at signup and used to create and manage your account.

Goal and mission data: The goals, targets, mission name, and preferences you enter during onboarding and throughout the app. This data is used to personalise your experience and power the AI coach.

Check-in responses: Your daily check-in answers, effort scores, and milestone completions. Used to track your progress and generate contextual coaching responses.

Coach conversations: The messages you send to and receive from the War Room Coach. These are stored to maintain conversation history and provide continuity between sessions.

Subscription and payment data: Your subscription status and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS) and are never stored on our servers.

Push notification tokens: Device tokens used to send you daily reminders and streak alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

Usage and analytics data: App pages and routes visited, feature interactions and related event properties. First-party events may be associated with your account. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated page-view and interaction reporting and may derive approximate location and device, operating-system and browser information from a request.

Diagnostics and performance data: Crash and error reports, route information, device or browser environment and performance measurements used to diagnose faults and improve reliability. We use Sentry and Vercel Speed Insights for this purpose. Production session replay is disabled and default collection of personally identifiable information is not enabled.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate The War Room service
• Personalise the AI coach with your specific goals and history
• Track your progress and maintain your streak and milestone records
• Send push notifications at your chosen times
• Process your subscription and manage billing
• Understand feature use and improve the app
• Diagnose errors, monitor performance and improve reliability

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

When an AI feature runs, data needed for that feature is sent to Anthropic to generate Coach replies, Battle Plans, Daily Orders, check-in responses, weekly reports or mission debriefs. Depending on the feature, that data can include:

• The content of the message you submit
• Your mission, goal targets and current goal positions
• Your commitments, coach intensity, constraints and preferences
• Recent check-ins, wins, effort scores, streak and milestone totals
• Your active Battle Plan, Daily Order and recent order outcomes
• Retained coaching memory and conversation summaries

This data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating your coaching response. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data and can be found at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.

AI processing is optional and requires an explicit consent state. You can withdraw that consent at any time in Profile. Once the withdrawal is saved, future model-provider calls are blocked across the Coach, plans, orders, reports and debriefs until you consent again.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When an in-app account deletion succeeds, the sign-in and dependent account data are deleted and checked before a success response is shown.

The War Room uses the following third-party services:

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data (via Profile → Settings → Delete Account)
• Withdraw consent for AI data processing from Profile → AI Data & Consent; once saved, future model-provider calls remain blocked until you consent again
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

The War Room does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising or advertising measurement. Essential session cookies are used for authentication. Vercel Web Analytics uses no third-party cookies and provides aggregated page-view and interaction reporting. Sentry and Vercel Speed Insights provide error and performance diagnostics. We do not use these services for advertising.

The War Room is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@thewarroom.co and we will delete the account immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of The War Room after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
