Account & Login
- Can't sign in? Try resetting your password from the sign in screen.
- To delete your account, email us and we'll action it within 48 hours.
Subscription & Billing
- Your 7-day free trial starts on sign up. Nothing is charged until day 8.
- To cancel before day 8, email us or cancel via your device's subscription settings.
- iOS subscribers: manage your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Web subscribers: manage your subscription via the Profile tab in the app.
The AI Coach
- The coach uses your goals, check-in history, and progress to generate personalised responses. It is powered by Claude (Anthropic).
