SECTION 1 — Agreement
The War Room is operated by Unlimit Lifestyle ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using The War Room, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SECTION 2 — Eligibility
The War Room is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
SECTION 3 — Subscription & Billing
The War Room may offer eligible users a 7-day free trial. The available monthly or annual plan, trial eligibility, local price and renewal date are shown before purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription renews at the price confirmed by Apple or Stripe.
iOS subscribers: Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Web subscribers: Your subscription is billed via Stripe to the card provided at signup. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Profile tab in the app.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price change before it takes effect.
SECTION 4 — The AI Coach
The War Room Coach is an AI feature powered by the Anthropic Claude API. Coach responses are generated based on the goals, check-in history, and context you provide — they are not professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. The coach does not replace a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact an appropriate service in your area.
AI processing is optional and requires explicit consent. You can withdraw consent in Profile. Once the withdrawal is saved, future model-provider calls remain blocked until you consent again.
SECTION 5 — Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use automated means to access the app outside of normal use
SECTION 6 — Your Content
You retain ownership of the goals, check-ins, and messages you enter. By using the app, you grant us a licence to process this content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 7 — Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
SECTION 8 — Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The War Room is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlimit Lifestyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
SECTION 9 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of The War Room after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
